Lonise Bias is an internationally-known motivational speaker, trainer, consultant, a certified teen and family life coach. Her mission for over thirty years has been to invest hope, courage, and endurance in the lives of her audiences.  Her journey was navigated as a public speaker after her oldest son, Len Bias (pictured), a University of Maryland, basketball player, died of cocaine intoxication in June of 1986, just two days after being drafted by the Boston ​
